SQUASH COACHING - PRIVATE OR GROUP
Bertrand Tissot is a former professional player and has over 20 years of international squash coaching experience gained in both North America and Europe. He offers an innovative learning methodology, based on a sensory approach. It allows for the introduction, development and improvement in all four attributes of squash in a fun, efficient and measurable way. Coaching is applicable to all levels and ages, whether you are a competitive or recreational player. Bertrand will provide a free 30 minute assessment and work with you to personalize the coaching plan based on your goals and objectives.

SPORT & FITNESS TRAINING - 'THE PLAN'
​
First, we will meet with you to understand your goals and objectives. We will need to know your timeline for your goal, assess your current skills level, and the amount of time you're able to commit to achieve your targeted end result. We will then create 'The Plan' by coordinating and sequencing the phases of the overall program.
​
The approach we use is called 'Periodization'. It is a proven method that crosses over all sports and disciplines.

SQUASH CAMPS - JUNIORS & ADULTS
We will structure the camps based on your group's requirements. Full day camps on weekends are the popular format. We can come to your club or arrange the camp at one of our preferred locations in Luxembourg.
